OMNIFILTER garantie à l’utilisateur initial (sous conditions
d’usagenormal)quelesboîtiersdeltreàeausontexempts
de vices de matière et de main d’œuvre pour une durée
de5(cinq)ansàpartirdeladated’achat.Toutproduitde
rechange fourni sera garanti contre les vices de matière
et de main d’œuvrepourladuréerestante de la garantie
d’origine.Cettegarantienecouvrepas:(1)lescartouches
ltrantes(2)lesdégâtsdusàlafoudreouautresévénements
indépendants de OMNIFILTER (3) les vices non signalés
durantla périodedegarantie mentionnéeci-dessus (4)les
articles fabriqués par d’autres sociétés, (5) les problèmes
résultants du non suivi des instructions de OMNIFILTER,
(6) les problème ou dégâts causés par des catastrophes
naturelles,unmauvaistraitement,unemauvaiseutilisation,
une négligence ou un accident causé par qui que ce
soit autre que OMNIFILTER, (7) les problèmes ou dégâts
résultants complètement ou en partie d’un changement,
d’une modication, d’une réparation ou d’une tentative
de changement,de modication ou de réparationpar qui
quecesoitautrequeOMNIFILTER,(8)lanonconformitéaux
règlementsoudécretsenvigueur.
Encasdevicedematièreoudemaind’œuvresurunproduit
(ou une pièce) couvert par la garantie, OMNIFILTER, à sa
seule discrétion, réparera ou remplacera le produit (ou la
pièce)défectueux(OMNIFILTERpeutprendreencompte,en
toutebonnefoi,lapréférenceduclient).
Toutesles réclamationspourproduitsdéfectueuxdoivent :
(1)encasderenvoi,êtreautoriséesparOMNIFILTERavecun
numérode renvoi,(2) inclurela preuvede la dated’achat
duproduitoudelapièce (3)êtrerenvoyéesàOMNIFILTER
avantladated’expirationdelagarantieauxfraisduclient,
enenvoiprépayé,(4)accompagnéesd’unelettredétaillantle
numérodemodèle,lenumérodeséries’ilexisteetunebrève
descriptiondudéfaut.
DANS LES LIMITES PERMISES PAR LES LOIS EN VIGUEUR,
OMNIFILTER NE RECONNAÎT AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE
QU’ELLE SOIT EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS MAIS
SANS Y ÊTRE LIMITÉ, TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE QUE
LE PRODUIT,LES PIÈCES OU LES DOCUMENTS ÉCRITS LES
ACCOMPAGNANT SONT COMMERCIALISABLES ET QU’IL
CONVIENNENTÀUNUSAGEPARTICULIER.
Dansleslimitespermisesparlesloisenvigueur,OMNIFILTER
ne saurait être tenu pour responsable d’aucun dommage
quel qu’il soit (y compris, mais sans y être limité, perte
de temps, nuisance, frais, frais de main d’œuvre ou de
matériauxengagéspourledémontageouleremplacement
duboîtierdeltreàeau,dommagesdirectsouindirectsou
spéciauxliésàdesblessurescorporelles,pertesdebénéces
dessociétés,interruption de service dessociétés,perte de
donnéescommercialesouautrepertepécuniaire)survenant
à la suite de l’utilisation oudel’impossibilitéd’utiliserdes
produitsoudespièces,mêmeaucasoùOMNIFILTERaurait
étéavisédelapossibilitédetelsdommages.
La responsabilité maximale de OMNIFILTER sous les
dispositionsdecette garantielimitéese borneaumontant
réelpayépourl’acquisitionduboîtierdeltreàeau.
REMARQUE :  Parce que certains états n’autorisent pas
l’exclusion ou la limitation des dommages directs ou
indirects,leslimitationsouexclusionsmentionnéesci-dessus
nes’appliquentpasforcémentàvous.

Pour faire effectuer des réparations couvertes par cette
garantie, rapportez toute pièce défectueuse à VOTRE

normal):quelosportaltrosdeaguaestánlibresdedefectos
dematerialy/odemanodeobrapor unperíodode cinco
(5)añosapartirdelafechadecompra.Todoproductode
reemplazo suministrado permanecerá libre de defectos de
materialy/omanodeobraporeltiemporestantedelperíodo
originaldegarantía.Estagarantíanocubre:(1)loscartuchos
ltrantes(2)losdañosocasionadosporrelámpagosuotras
condicionesqueesténfueradel controldeOMNIFILTER(3)
losdefectosnocomunicadosduranteelperíodomencionado
anteriormente,(4)losartículosfabricadosporotrasempresas,
(5)losproblemasquesurjanpornocumplirlasinstrucciones
de OMNIFILTER, (6) los problemas y/o daños que surjan
de actos de la naturaleza, abuso, mal uso, negligencia o
accidenteporpartedecualquierpartefueradeOMNIFILTER,
(7)losproblemasy/odañosquesurjanensutotalidadoen
parte debido a alteraciones, modicaciones, reparaciones
o intentos de alteración, modicación o reparación por
cualquierpartefueradeOMNIFILTER,(8)elincumplimiento
deloscódigosuordenanzasqueapliquen.
Sisurgieraundefectodefabricacióny/odematerialenun
productoo piezacubiertos porestagarantía, OMNIFILTER,
adiscreciónpropia,repararáoreemplazaráelproductoola
piezadefectuosos(OMNIFILTERpudieraconsiderar,debuena
fe,lapreferenciadelcliente).
Todo producto que se reclame como defectuoso debe:
(1) recibir un número de devolución RGA autorizado por
OMNIFILTER antes de devolverse (2) incluir una prueba de
lafechadecompradelproductoodelapieza(3)devolverse
aOMNIFILTER,acostadelclienteyconlosgastosdeenvío
prepagados,antesdelafechadevencimientodelagarantía,
(4)estaracompañado deunacarta quedetalleel número
de modelo,elnúmero de serie (si lotiene)junto con una
explicaciónbrevedelproblema.
DENTRO DEL LÍMITE MÁXIMO PERMITIDO POR LA LEY
APLICABLE,OMNIFILTERRECHAZATODAOTRAGARANTÍA,
YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUSO, PERO SIN
ESTAR LIMITADA A, UNA GARANTÍA IMPLICADA DE
COMERCIALIZACIÓNYADAPTABILIDADPARAUNOBJETIVO
ENPARTICULAR,CONRESPECTOALOSPRODUCTOS,PIEZAS
YCUALQUIERMATERIALESCRITOQUELEACOMPAÑE.
Dentro del límite máximo permitido por la ley aplicable,
OMNIFILTERnosehaceresponsabledeningúndaño(incluso,
pero sin limitarse a, la pérdida de tiempo, incomodidad,
gastos, cargos de mano de obra o de materiales que
pudieranocurrirrelacionadosconlaremociónoreemplazo
del portaltro de agua, daños especiales, incidentales,
consecuentes, o indirectos debidos a lesión personal,
pérdidadegananciadenegocios,interrupcióndenegocios,
pérdidadeinformacióncomercial,ocualquierotrapérdida
pecuniaria)quesurjadelusoodelaincapacidaddeusarlos
productosolaspiezasdefectuosos,inclusosisehanoticado
aOMNIFILTERdelasprobabilidadesdetalesdaños.
La responsabilidad máxima de OMNIFILTER bajo cualquier
disposición de esta garantía limitada está limitada a la
cantidadrealpagadaporelportaltrodeagua.
NOTA: Debido a que algunos estados no permiten
la exclusión ni la limitación de los daños incidentes o
consecuentes, las limitaciones mencionadas anteriormente

Limited 5 Year Warranty
OMNIFILTER warrantstothe original owner (under normal
use): Water Filter Housings to be free from defects in
materialand/orworkmanshipforve(5)yearsfromthedate
of purchase. Any replacement products furnished will be
free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the
remainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.Thiswarrantydoes
notcover: (1)lter cartridges(2)damage dueto lightning
or other conditions beyond the controlof OMNIFILTER (3)
defectsnotreportedwithintheabovetimeperiod,(4)items
manufacturedbyothercompanies,(5)problemsarisingfrom
failuretocomplywithOMNIFILTERinstructions,(6)problems
and/ordamagearising fromacts ofnature,abuse,misuse,
negligenceoraccidentbyanypartyotherthanOMNIFILTER,
(7) problems and/or damage resulting in whole or in part
fromalteration,modication,repairorattemptedalteration,
modicationorrepairbyanypartyotherthanOMNIFILTER,
(8)noncompliancewithapplicablecodes/ordinances.
Ifadefectinworkmanshipand/ormaterialinaproductor
partcoveredbythewarrantyshouldarise,OMNIFILTER,atits
solediscretion,willrepairorreplacethedefectiveproductor
part(OMNIFILTERmayconsider,ingoodfaith,thecustomer’s
preference).
All claimed defective product must: (1) be authorized for
returnbyOMNIFILTERwithanRGAnumber(2)includeproof
of the purchase date of the product or part (3) returned
to OMNIFILTER prior to the expiration of the warranty
date,atthecustomer’sexpense,shipmentpre-paid,(4)be
accompaniedbyaletterdetailingtheModelNumber,Serial
Number(ifany),andabriefdescriptionoftheproblem.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, OMNIFILTER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITEDTO,THEIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITY
ANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,WITHREGARD
TO THE PRODUCTS, PARTS AND ANY ACCOMPANYING
WRITTENMATERIALS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
OMNIFILTERshallnotbeliableforanydamageswhatsoever
(including,butnot limited to, lossoftime, inconvenience,
expenses,labor ormaterial chargesincurredinconnection
withtheremovalorreplacementoftheWaterFilterHousing,
special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for
personalinjury,lossofbusinessprots,businessinterruption,
loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
arising out of the use of or inability to use the defective
productsor parts,evenifOMNIFILTERhasbeenadvised of
thepossibilityofsuchdamages.
OMNIFILTER’smaximumliabilityunderanyprovisionof this
LimitedWarrantyshallbelimitedtotheamountactuallypaid
fortheWaterFilterHousing.
NOTE: Because some states do notallowtheexclusionor
limitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,theabove
limitationsorexclusionsmaynotapply.
THIS WARRANTY GRANTS SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND
OTHER RIGHTS MAY APPLY. SUCH RIGHTS VARY FROM
STATETOSTATE.

YOURDEALERwithintheve-yearperiodreferredtoabove.
