Function
This command is used to set or clear a name for the Reader/Writer.

Parameter Description
Register address The register address (B100 hex) that specifies the device name
Word count The number of words in the device name (0020 hex)
Byte count The number of bytes in the device name (40 hex)
Device name ASCII characters, 64 bytes max.
(63 ASCII characters max. + End code of 00 hex)
If there are fewer than 63 characters, the remaining bytes are filled with 00 hex.
The device name is given with ASCII characters 20 hex (space) to 7E hex (~).
Specify 00 hex for all bytes to clear the device name.
