Playing Music Files from a Network Server or
Computer
You can use the ABX-N300 to play back music files
located on a media server or computer on your home
network.
Caution
The ABX-N300 must be connected to the network in
order to listen to music from a server or computer. For
more about connecting to a network, refer to
“Network Settings” on page 27.
The server or computer containing the music files you
wish to hear must be powered-on.

Select “Server” as the input.
Use the [INPUT] button to select “Server.” The
names of the servers on the network will
automatically be displayed.

If there is more than one server, choose the
desired server.
Use the [F]/[H] buttons to choose the server that
you want to hear. The ABX-N300 will
automatically connected to the server, and the
folder names will be displayed.
If there is only server, simply proceed to step 3.

Press the ENTER button.
The ABX-N300 will connect to the server, and the
folder names will be displayed.

Select the file that you want to play.
Use the [F]/[H] buttons to select the song that you
want to hear.
