Using the CBX-100 with an Onkyo RI Dock
See page 17 for how to connect an Onkyo RI Dock.
Make sure the Input Display is set to DOCK (see
page 21).
Press the remote controller’s INPUT [ ]/[ ] but-
tons repeatedly to select the DOCK input source. On
the CBX-100, press the [INPUT] button repeatedly.
Notes:
If you use the CBX-100 with an Onkyo DS-A2 RI
Dock, set the RI Dock’s OSD mode to Off. If the OSD
mode is set to On, the Timer and System Off functions
will not work and the remote controller’s [DISPLAY]
button will not turn on the backlight.

mation on linked functions.
Using the Remote Controller
Press to select albums
Press the Up [ ] button to select the
next album. Press the Down [ ] button
to select the previous album.
Press to select tracks
Press the Previous [ ] button to
locate the beginning of the currently
playing or paused track. Press it
repeatedly to select earlier tracks.
Press the Next [ ] button repeat-
edly to select subsequent tracks.
Press to select the RI Dock
Select the RI Dock as the input source.
Press to start or pause playback
Once paused, press again to resume
playback.
Pressing this button while the CBX-100
and RI Dock are on Standby will turn on
both units and start playback.
Press to set the repeat function
Selects One, All, or Off.
Press to select playlists
Press the Up [ ] button to select the
next playlist. Press the Down [ ] button
to select the previous playlist.
Press to turn on the backlight
Backlight comes on for 30 seconds.
Press to fast forward or rewind
During playback or while playback is
paused, press and hold the Fast For-
ward [ ] button to fast forward, or the
Rewind [ ] button to rewind. (This
may not work with some discs.)
Press to set the shuffle function
Selects Songs, Albums, or Off.
