FAQs and Troubleshooting:
1. Q: What is the range of the Bluetooth remote?
A: Bluetooth remote control distance is 33 ft (10 m) max.
2. Q: The remote goes inactive if unused for 10 minutes.
How do I reconnect?
A: Click the iOS or Android button and wait for the
remote to reconnect.
3. Q: What USB outlets can I use for powering the ring
light?
A: Use any powered USB adapter or computer/laptop
USB port. Requires 1.5v minimum for operation.
4. Q: What do I do if remote won't connect?
A: Remove from bluetooth devices list on other phones.
Cycle remote power switch and wait for blinking blue
light before pairing.

control supplied with). This product contains a coin/button cell
battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause
severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep
new and used batteries away from children. If the battery
compartment does not close securely, stop using the product
and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have
been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek
immediate medical attention.

-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from
that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for
help.
