Warranty

Onyx Marble Design Product Warranty:
OMD manufactures natural stone sinks and have a wide variety of styles and colors. We
confidently stand behind our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty on our sinks.
This warranty assures you that our sinks will be free from material defects under normal
use. Should these products not stand up to our promise, we will gladly repair or replace
your sink at our expense.
All warranty claims must have an OMD RMA number. This can be assigned by emailing
us at [e-mail]. Please provide all relevant details including, proof
of purchase, pictures, and any additional documentation that you have been provided.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to negligence, misuse, incidental damage,
natural stone variations, environmental conditions, incorrect installation, improper
cleaning, any labor expenses and normal wear and tear. Please note that any shipping
damage must be reported within 2 days after delivery. Additionally, the warranty is
applicable solely within the United States.
