8.2.2. App permissions
Every application installed on your OPPO smartphone may require certain data or
an app is trying to access, do the following:
Check all permission details. Go to [Settings] > [Security] > [Permissions]. You will
on your phone and the permission groups an app has.
Change the permission. You can go through each permission or app on your phone
and, with full control, allow, forbid or limit each permission according to your
requirements.
 Allow: Always allow the app to use the required permissions.
 Forbid: Disable the required permissions completely for the app.
 Ask: Every time you start the app, it asks you to grant the permissions that are
required.
8.2.3. Hide Home screen icon
Without deleting the app from your phone, you can simply hide the app icons from
view if you want to
having access to the personal data contained within some apps.
Before you can hide Home screen icons, you must encrypt the apps first.
Hide Home screen icon. After encrypting the apps, do the following:
1. Go to [Settings] > [Security] > [App Lock], then enter the verification passcode
