Manual Syncing
Sync to the Phone
Go to "Settings" > "Additional Settings" > "Back up and Reset"> "Back
Up & Restore",tap "New Backup", then select data you want to sync.


Apps(Excluding data)
After clicking on "Start", the data selected will be synced and restored in
your phone inside a file path named "Backup". Syncing will take some
time. Don't disconnect your phone during the copy backup process and
avoid restarting or turning off the phone, in case of loss of data.
