System update
You can update your system via the following two approaches.
OTA online upgrade
Go to "Settings - About phone", tap the build number at the top to check for updates, and
download it if any update is available.
Tap the menu icon in the upper right corner, choose "Auto update", and turn on "Auto update
overnight". The system will automatically upgrade to the latest version and install security
patches. This feature does not consume mobile data. The update will be automatically
conducted during 2:00 to 5:00 at night when your phone is idle.
Local firmware update
1. Download the firmware package for your phone from https://www.coloros.com/en/rom.
2. Copy the .ozip firmware package to the root directory of your phone.
3. Open File Manager, tap the firmware package, and tap "Update now" in the pop-up
window.
4. Wait for the update to complete. Your phone will restart after the update.
