Emergency SOS. Your safety is paramount.
We are concerned about the safety of our users. In the case of life-threatening and other serious
emergencies, this feature allows you to send messages for help even when the screen is off.
Turn on the SOS feature
Go to "Settings - Safety & emergency" and accept the terms of service to turn on this feature.
Set emergency contacts
Go to "Settings - Safety & emergency" and accept the terms of service.
There are 3 emergency numbers by default: 110 (police), 119 (fire) and 120 (emergency
medical). You can add up to 3 emergency contacts and send them messages that include your
position, photos and recordings in the case of an emergency.
Emergency call
How to use emergency SOS calls on ColorOS:
Press the power button 5 times, and the SOS contact information will appear on the screen.
Select the number you want to call.
You can also turn on the automatic dialing of emergency numbers. Select one from 110, 119
and 120 as the default emergency number. When you press the power button 5 times to make
an emergency call, the system will automatically call the configured emergency contact after 3
seconds.
Automatically send emergency messages
You can also turn on automatic sending of distress messages. When you make an SOS
emergency call, your current location, a photo of the current situation, and a 5-second recording
will be sent to the emergency contact.
