7.3.1 Retrieve and Save System Logs
1. Click the “Retrieve Logs” button. All available system events will display.
2. Click “Save Logs” to open the list of events as a text file which can be
saved to your computer.
7.4 Trouble Logs
The trouble logs screen is used to view and save trouble events. All columns
are sortable; simply click on any column header to sort in ascending or
descending order. The search field can be used to locate specific logs; it
covers data in all fields, and accepts letters and numbers, but no wildcard
characters.
