Total size of the equipment is (width) 56cm x (depth) 103cm x (height) 158cm. 44 44 42 45 11 13 13 11 13 11 60 60 44 59 44 Step 1 Fix the Front Bottom Tube (42) and the Rear Bottom Tube (59) to the Main Frame (45) with 4 x M8*60 Square Neck Bolt (44), 4 x 8mm Arc Washer (11) and 4 x M8 Dome Nut (13) with the supplied Wrench (69).
Assembly Instructions 21 18 22 23 20 21 18 17 31R 46R 20 23 22 21 45 31L 46L Step 3 Assemble the Swing Rod (31L/R) to the Handle Bar Post (17) with the Long Shaft (18), 2 X d16mm Wave Washer (20) , 2 x D-Shape Washer (21), 2 x Spring Washer (22) and 2 x M10 Bolt (23). Note: The 2 x d16mm Wave Washer (20), 2 x D-Shape Washer (21), 2 x Spring Washer (22) and 2 x M10 Bolt (23) are pre-assembled on the Long Shaft (18). Please remove them before assembly and restore them afterwards.

Note: Please pay attention to the Right and Left of these parts. Do not mix them up. There is L or R marking on the dome of the Pedal Bolts (55L/R). Tighten 55L counter-clockwise, and 55R clockwise.

Fix the Saddle (32) to the Saddle Horizontal Post (66) with 4 x d8 Washer (36) and 4 x M8 Nylon Nut (37). Assemble the Saddle Horizontal Post (66) on the Saddle Post (63) with 1 x M8*20 Bolt (64) and 1 x d8 Washer (65). 3. Insert the Saddle Post (63) into the Main Frame (45).

Assembly Instructions A B 1 Step 8 Remove the Back Cover (A) of the Computer (1) and install 2 x AAA battery (B) into the battery compartment. Replace the Back cover (A) to the Computer (1). Note: The 2 pcs of AAA battery are not included with the equipment.

Lock the Middle Handlebar (6) to the Handle Bar Post (17) with 1 x M8*90 Square Neck Bolt (7), 1 x 8mm Arc Washer (11), 1 x d8 Spring Washer (12) and 1 x M8 Dome Nut (13). 2. Connect the Trunk Wire (39) with the Extended Cable (1a) of the Computer (1). 3. Install the Computer (1) onto the Handle Bar Post (17) tightly with 2 x M5*10 Bolt (10). Insert the Hand Pulse Cable (8) into the backside hole of the Computer (1).
Adjustment Adjustment of Resistance Adjustment of the Resistance level by turning the eight-level tension knob either to “+”direction (increase) or “-“ direction(decrease). Adjustment of Seat Height / Forward or Backward Unscrew the M12 Bolt (61) in a counter-clockwise direction and adjust the Saddle Post (63) to a suitable position. Then screw the M12 Bolt (61) into the Main Frame (45) in a clockwise direction.
Workout Area Free area and training area. The free area should be no less than 0.6m greater than the training area in the directions from which the equipment is accessed. The free area must also include the area for emergency dismount. Computer Operation Functions and Operations Functions: Scan / Speed / Distance / Time Odometer / Calories / Pulse Display Mode FUNCTIONAL BUTTON: MODE/RESET – Push down to select functions. – Push down for 3 seconds to reset Speed, Distance, Time, Calories and Pulse. FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION 1. SCAN: Press MODE button until “ ” appears at SCAN position, the monitor will rotate through the following functions: Speed, Distance, Time, Odometer, Calories and Pulse. Each display will be held for 6 seconds. 3.
Exercising Information Before starting How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks. Don’t be discouraged if it takes longer.

Aerobic exercise fitness is promoted by any activity that uses your large muscles (arms, legs, or buttock, for example). Your heart beats quickly and you breathe deeply. An aerobic exercise should be part of your entire exercise routine.
Exercising Information Warming up and Cooling down exercises Each workout should include the following three parts: 1. A warm-up, consisting of 5 to 10 minutes of light exercise, such as jogging on the spot, star jumps and lunges. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2. Training zone exercise, consisting of 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone.
Exercising Information Calf/achilles stretch With one leg in front of the other, reach forward and place your hands against a wall. Keep your back leg straight and your back foot flat on the floor. Bend your front leg, lean forward and move your hips toward the wall. Hold for 15 counts, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. To cause further stretching of the achilles tendons, bend your back leg as well. Stretches: Calves, achilles tendons and ankles.
Care and Maintenance Using the Workout Bench 1. Examine the equipment periodically in order to detect any damage or wear which may have been produced. 2.The safety level of the equipment can be maintained only if it is examined regularly for damage and wear, e.g. connection points. 3. Lubricate moving parts with light oil periodically to prevent premature wear. 4.
