Assembly Instructions
1 . Connect the Tension Control (14) to Tension Cable (40) together. Connect the Trunk Wire (39) and
Sensor Cable (41) together.
2. Fix the Handle Bar Post (17) to the Main Frame (45) with 4 X M8*16Bolt (38), 4 x 8mm
Arc Washer (11) with the supplied Allen Key (68).
Note: The 4 X M8*16 Bolt (38) and 4 x 8mm Arc Washer (11) are pre-assembled on the Main Frame (45).
Please remove them before assembly and restore them afterwards.
Step 2
Fix the Front Bottom Tube (42) and the Rear Bottom Tube (59) to the Main Frame (45) with 4 x M8*60
Square Neck Bolt (44), 4 x 8mm Arc Washer (11) and 4 x M8 Dome Nut (13) with the supplied Wrench
(69).
Note: The 4 x M8*60 Square Neck Bolt (44), 4 x 8mm Arc Washer (11) and 4 x M8 Dome Nut (13) are
pre-assembled on the Front Bottom Tube (42) and the Rear Bottom Tube (59).
Please remove them before assembly and restore them afterwards.
Note: The Self Levelling Feet (60) can be rotated to ensure the bike sits flat on the ground.
Total mass of the product is 26.9 kg. Total size of the equipment is (width) 56cm x (depth) 103cm x
(height) 158cm.
