1 Power LED
Indicated the status of the cradle. Blinking
YELLOW means device is ready.
2 Charging LED
Indicated the charging status of the battery. Solid
GREEN means the battery is fully charged. Solid
RED means the battery is being charged. Blinking
RED means there is an error.
3 Device Pocket
Set the H-19 in this pocket to connect to the
network.
4 Battery Pocket
Set the battery in this pocket to charge it.
5 DC Jack DC-12V power supply jack.
6 Uplink Ethernet uplink for CRD-19-E4.
7 Ethernet Ethernet port for network device.
8 Network LEDs
Indicate the status of the Ethernet port. Blinking
GREEN means there is network traffic.
9 Reset Button Factory Default Reset Button.
Using the Cradle
Network Requirements
À 10/100 BaseT Ethernet.
À DHCP Network. Please refer to CRD-19-E4 User Manual if the network does not contact a DHCP server.
À One IP Address.
Network Functions
À Connect a network cable to a 10/100 BaseT DHCP network. Connect the network cable and power adapter to CRD-19-E4
and wait 25 seconds for the yellow Power LED to blink..
À Set the H-19 in the device pocket and wait for network connection to be established on the device within 8 seconds. The
network indicator on H-19 will display connection status.
À The H-19’s battery will be charging at the same time.
Battery Charging Function
À Set the battery to be charged into one of the Battery Pockets.
À The Charging LED in front of the Device Pocket will display the charging status of the battery. If the LED blinks with red
Light, please remove the battery and go back to setp 1.
Administration Software (Please refer to CRD-19-E4 User Manual)
À Web-based AdminTool – allows IT staff to manage the cradle.
À Device Locator – an application that allows IT staff to locate the cradle on the network.

If you try to charge the battery with the ambient temperature outside of the range of 0 to 40 degrees C, the cradle
may stop the charging operation to protect the battery.
Please clean the charging terminals of the H-19 on a regular basis.

In areas exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
In dusty environments.
Near water or other liquids, or in extremely high humidity.
Near heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other types of devices that produce heat.
Near microwaves, medical devices, or low-power radio stations.
If water or any metallic object gets into this product and if you detect smoke or a strange smell coming from the device,
please stop operating the unit and contact your nearest dealer.
When cleaning this product, rub gently with either a soft dry cloth or a damp cloth with mild detergent.
