Troubleshooting

Error Messages

This section lists common error messages that may arise during the

use of the Digital Signage Processor, and provides answers and

solutions to these errors.

Error Message Solutions

Player failed to access the SD Card. or

• Check if the SD card is inserted.

• The SD card may be damaged. Replace it with a

new one.

System driver not found. Player is

recovering system driver now. Please

DO NOT turn off the player.

• No System Driver is available on the SD card. The

Digital Signage Processor is attempting to recover

the system driver. Please wait until recovery is

complete.

Player failed to recover system driver.

There is no driver on the SD Card.

• Recovery of System Driver failed. Re-copy the System

Driver from the CD-ROM to the SD card.

It failed to access the program file (.xml)

• Check to make sure that the memory card contains

the necessary media files.

• Make sure that all program and schedule files are

saved under the \media file directory.

SD card is write protected. • Please unlock the SD card.
