Child restraints could be recalled for safety reasons. You must register this
restraint to be reached in a recall.
You can nd the serial number and model information on the Product
Information Label (see page 8) on your Orbit Toddler Car Seat.

Registering Your Orbit Toddler Car Seat
DO NOT use the Orbit Toddler Car Seat after the Expiration Date, which can be
found on the Product Information Label, located behind the Rear Access Panel
at the rear of the Toddler Car Seat.
The Product Information Label on the Toddler Car Seat also shows its speci c
serial number and model number. For your convenience, you can copy this
information into the boxes below.

comfort to your child.
