To charge the handset, put it back in the base cradle. The base [CHARGE] light will
come on to indicate the charging of handset. Always put the handset in the base
cradle with the keypad facing outwards.
When the battery is fully charged, the handset battery icon
will look like this

Your handset is now ready for making and receiving calls.
3. Replacing the handset batteries
If you have been using your handset and find that you can
no longer recharge the batteries, they may need to be
replaced. Always replace both batteries together. The
same kind of batteries as supplied in this product should
be used. Remove the battery compartment cover by
sliding it in the direction shown by the arrow.

1. Fitting the batteries (NON - rechargeable) as shown.
2. Close the battery compartment cover and secure its
screw.
1.6 Before you start
Out of range warning
If your handset is out of range of the base unit, there is a
beep sound to alert you, and the display will show:
If so, please move closer to the base unit until the handset
display stops flashing.
Note: The out of range warning tone is activated in default
setting. If you want to disable this tone, please refer to the section
“ Tone and Volume”.
Important: Due to radio interference in the environment, occasional loss of
synchronisation between the handset and base may occur for a very
short duration. The base will very quickly change to another channel
automatically to overcome the interference and restore the
synchronization. During this short period the handset display will
flash.
