The Company hereby warrants to the original retail
purchaser of this product that should this product or any
part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven
defective in material or workmanship within one year parts
and 90 days labor from the date of original purchase, such
defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with reconditioned
product (at the Company's option) for parts and repair
labor. This limited Warranty is the purchaser’s exclusive
remedy for any such defect(s).

stone Drive, La Verne, CA 91750. Proof of warranty
coverage (i.e. - dated bill of sale) is required.
This Warranty does not apply to any product or part
thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered
or been damaged through alteration, improper installation,
mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or
defacement of the factory bar code label(s). The opinion
of the Company with respect to this matter shall be final.
THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY UNDER
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT,
SHALL THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE
PRODUCT.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS
WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. ANY
ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUN-
DER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A
PERIOD OF 30 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGI-
NAL PURCHASE. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY
BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDEN-
TAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER.
No person or representative is authorized to assume for
the Company any liability other than expressed herein in
connection with the sale of this product. Some jurisdiction
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conse-
quential damages so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary
from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
La Compagnie garantit par la présente, à l'acheteur au détail original
de ce produit, que dans l'éventualité où ce produit ou une partie de
celui-ci, dans des conditions normales d'utilisation, présente des
défauts de matériaux ou de main-d'œuvre dans l'année pour les pièces

manipulation, d'une mauvaise utilisation, de la négligence, d'un
accident ou du retrait ou de l'altération de/des étiquette(s) de code à
barres de l'usine. L'avis de la Compagnie à cet égard est définitif.
L’ÉTENDUE DE LA RESPONSABILITÉ DE LA COMPAGNIE SELON
LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE EST LIMITÉE À LA RÉPARATION OU AU
REMPLACEMENT ÉTABLI CI-DESSUS ET, SOUS AUCUNE CONDI-
TION, LA RESPONSABILITÉ DE LA COMPAGNIE NE DOIT
DÉPASSER LE PRIX D’ACHAT PAYÉ PAR L’ACHETEUR DU
PRODUIT.
LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE REMPLACE TOUTES LES AUTRES
GARANTIES OU RESPONSABILITÉS EXPLICITTES. TOUTE
GARANTIE IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE
DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, EST LIMITÉE À LA DURÉE DE CETTE
GARANTIE ÉCRITE. TOUTE ACTION AU TITRE DE LA GARANTIE

MARCHANDE, DOIT ÊTRE EXERCÉE DURANT DANS UNE

Aucune personne ou représentant n'est autorisé à assumer pour le
compte de la compagnie une responsabilité autre que celle stipulée
aux présentes relativement à la vente de ce produit. Certaines
juridictions ne permettent pas les limitations quant à la durée d’une
garantie implicite, non plus que l’exclusion ou la limitation des

comprador minorista original de este producto que en el caso de que
este producto o alguna parte del mismo, en condiciones y uso
normales, resultara defectuoso en material o fabricación dentro de

los código(s) de barras de fábrica. La opinión de la Compañía
respecto de este asunto será definitiva. LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE
LA COMPAÑÍA EN VIRTUD DE ESTA GARANTÍA SE LIMITA A LA
REPARACIÓN O EL REEMPLAZO ANTERIORMENTE MENCIONA-
DOS Y, EN NINGÚN CASO, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA
COMPAÑÍA EXCEDERÁ EL PRECIO DE COMPRA PAGADO POR
EL COMPRADOR POR EL PRODUCTO.
