Step 7: Log in the control panel of video encoder 192.168.0.31 the default ID and password is ''admin''.

Now you can log in the control web of video encoder.

Step 8: After login the control web of the video encoder, you need to change the IP address of the

video encoder to make it be in the wide-area network, then you can use your PC(laptop) to log in then

video encoder in the wide-area network.
