General Information • To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block any air intakes or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where opening may become blocked. • ALWAYS plug this unit directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. NEVER use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip). • This heater includes an automatic protection system that will shut off the unit to prevent overheating.

Assembly - Wall Mount Installation 1. Remove mounting bracket (D) from back of fireplace (C) by unscrew two screws at the top of the unit. 2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS D D Remove the base (B) of fireplace (C) by unscrewing three screws at the rear base of the unit.
Assembly - Wall Mount Installation 3. Choose a wall location to attach the mounting bracket (D). Position the mounting bracket (D) in the desired location. Use a level to align the bracket and mark the four holes with a pencil. D ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Minimum distance between the object: 11.5 inch 4. Select the hardware appropriate for mounting bracket installation. STUD WALL • Secure the mounting bracket (D) to wall using screws (AA) at marked stud locations.
Assembly - Wall Mount Installation 5. Hang the fireplace (C) on the hooks at bottom of mounting bracket (D) and push the fireplace (C) into mounting bracket (D). Re-fasten the two screws removed in Step 1. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Distribute the Acrylic Shards (F) evenly in the tray of the fireplace (C). 6.

Assembly - Free Standing Installation 1. Assembly the base (B) of fireplace (C) by fasten three screws. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS C B 2. Release the latches on the both side to unlock the front glass as illustrated below to removing front glass (A).

Operating Instructions AM PM Power Button • Press the POWER button to turn ON or OFF the unit. • When the unit is in ON mode, touch control panel light will fully light up for 8 sec and then shut down if without any others operation including remote control. • When the unit is in OFF mode, the POWER symbol LED will Semi-bright. When power OFF, unit will be stopped, if heater is working before power OFF the unit, fan will have 20 seconds delay to ensure heat will not be trapped inside the unit.
Care And Maintenance CLEANING INFORMATION: • Make sure the unit is turned off, unplugged and the heating elements of heater are cool whenever you are cleaning the heater. • Clean the metal trim using a water-dampened, soft, and clean cloth. DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal trim. • The motors used on the fan and the flame generator assembly are pre-lubricated for extended bearing life and require no further lubrication.
Troubleshooting Possible Causes Solutions 1. No power, logs do not glow. 1. The unit does not have power. 1. Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120 volt outlet. Then make sure power is set at "ON" position. 2. "E1" is displayed on control panel. 2. The overheat protection device has been engaged. 2. Unplug unit, wait 5-10 minutes, then the sensor will reset itself. Plug the unit back in and turn on the heater. If the problem persists, call customer service. 3.

Assemblée - Installation Murale 1. Retirez le support de montage (D) a l'arriere du foyer (C) en devissant les deux vis en haut de l'unite. 2. INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE D D Retirez la base (B) du foyer (C) en dévissant les 3 vis à la base arrière de l'appareil.
Assemblée - Installation Murale 3. Choisissez un emplacement sur le mur pour fixer le support de montage (D). Positionner le support de montage (D) à l'endroit désiré. Utilisez un niveau pour aligner le support et marquer les quatre trous avec un crayon. INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE D Distance minimale entre les objets: 11.5 pouces 4. INSTRUCTIONS D’OPERATION AM PM Bouton d’Alimentation • Appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation pour mettre l’appareil sous tension ou hors de l'appareil. • Lorsque l'appareil est en mode MARCHE, touchez le du panneau de commande va allumer la lumière pour 8 secondes et s’éteindra si aucune autre opération n’est fait incluant ceux sur la télécommande. • Lorsque l'appareil est en mode ARRET, le voyant d'alimentation DEL sera semi-brillant. Lorsque l'alimentation est a ARRET, l'unite s’arretera.
SOINS ET ENTRETIEN RENSEIGNEMENTS SUR LE NETTOYAGE : • Assurez-vous que l'appareil est éteint, débranché l’appareil, attendre que l’appareil soit froid avant de nettoyer. • Nettoyer la garniture métallique à l'aide d'un chiffon doux et propre imbibé d'eau. NE PAS utiliser de vernis pour laiton ou de nettoyants ménagers, car ces produits endommagerait la garniture métallique.

Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation est branché convenablement sur une prise standard de 120 V. Assurez-vous ensuite que l’appareil est mis sous tension. 2. Le capteur de surchauffe est engage. 2. Débrancher l’unité, attendre 5 à 10 minutes, le capteur se réinitialisera par lui même. Rebrancher l’unité et mettre l’appareil en marche.
