Natural gas; Call your local gas company.

- Replace or refill the gas tank.
Possible Cause 3: The excess flow valve is tripped.
- Refer to “Problem: Sudden drop in gas flow”
Problem: Flame seems to lose heat when burning in cold weather-temperature below 50°F
(propane model)
Possible Cause 1: Ice has built up on the outside of the propane cylinder because the vaporization
process is too low.
- Turn the control knob to “OFF” and close the valve on the propane cylinder. Replace it with a spare gas
tank and resume burning. Store the spare gas tank in a well ventilated area, away from children.
