MESH BACK TASK CHAIR

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all the parts from carton, separate them into part numbers indicated

on the list and make sure part quantities are correct.

STEP 1 Insert ﬁve Casters (2) into Base (1), push hard until you feel or hear Caster (2) snap into place. Insert Pneumatic

Cylinder w/ Bellows (3) into Base (1).

STEP 2 Attach Seat Plate (4) to Seat Cushion (5) with the arrow towards the front of the chair, secure rear of Seat Plate (4) using two Short

Screws (8) and two Flat Washers (7), secure front of Seat Plate (4) using two Long Screws (9) and two Flat Washers (7).

TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS COMPLETELY USING ALLEN WRENCH (10).

STEP 3 Attach Back Assembly (6) to Seat Cushion (5) using two Long Screws (9), two Short Screws (8) and two Flat Washers (7).

TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS COMPLETELY USING ALLEN WRENCH (10).

STEP 4 Place the assembled seat on top of Pneumatic Cylinder w/ Bellows (3) and apply pressure.

ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
