ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1 Insert five Casters (A) into Base (B), push hard until you feel or hear the Caster (A) snap into place. Insert Pneumatic Cylinder (C) into Base (A) and
slip Bellows (D) over Pneumatic Cylinder (C).
STEP 2 Attach Seat Plate (E) to Seat Cushion (H) using two Flat Washers (4) and two Screws (2) for front of Seat Plate (E) and two Flat Washers (4) and
two Screws (1) for rear of Seat Plate (E). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (6).
STEP 3 Place the assembled seat on top of Pneumatic Cylinder (C) and apply downward pressure.
STEP 4 Attach Arms (F) to Seat Cushion (H) using two Screws (3) for each Arm (F). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS.
