OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
1. Do not use this product unless all screws and bolts are
securely tightened.
2. Check that all screws and bolts are tight every three months or
as needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover
as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use this product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
6. Secure Wood Plugs (5) as they may be a choking hazard for
small children.
7. Intended for residential use only.
LIMITED WARRANTy
OSP Designs Warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects
and damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OSP
Designs is not covered. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential
damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This product is intended for use by people weighing
250lbs or less. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To make a warranty claim, contact Customer Service, provide model number, sales receipt and description of the problem. It is the customer’s
responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. OSP Designs will pay return freight on components covered under
terms of warranty.
Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when hardware is missing.

Enlever toutes les pièces du carton, les organiser selon les numéros de
pièce indiqués sur la liste et vérifier les quantités des pièces.
ÉTAPE 1 Placer le plateau de table (1) sur une surface molle en ayant sa face vers le bas. Aligner et placer deux
piètements (2) sur les côtés du plateau de table (1) et fixer SANS SERRER au moyen de deux vis mécaniques (4) pour
chaque piètement (2),TEL QUE MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN DE DÉTAIL A. NE PAS SERRER LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 2 Placer le montant (3) entre les piètements fixés (2) et le serrer au moyen de deux vis mécaniques (4).
RESSERRER COMPLÈTEMENT TOUS LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 3 Retourner soigneusement la table assemblée à la verticale en la posant sur une surface plane. Appliquer une
pression vers le bas pour le nivellement puis aligner le meuble à téléphone. Couvrir les trous au moyen de six bouchons de
bois (5). TEL QUE MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN DE DÉTAIL B.
ÉTAPE 4 Fixer le bouton (7) du tiroir au moyen d’une vis cruciforme (8). TEL QUE MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN DE
DÉTAIL C. RESSERRER COMPLÈTEMENT TOUS LES VIS L’AIDE PHILLIPS TOURNEVIS.
ÉTAPE 5 Passer la main sous le plateau de table (1) et tourner la butée de bois du tiroir de manière à empêcher la sortie
complète du tiroir (9). TEL QUE MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN DE DÉTAIL D.
ATTENTION: S’ASSURER QUE TOUTES LES VIS POUR SERRER COMPLÈTEMENT AVANT D’UTILISER LA TABLE.

Notes Importantes:
1. Utilisez les outils à mains seulement pour l’assemblage comme les outils lourds peuvent provoquer des dommages
2. Enlevez soigneusement n’importe quelles agrafes utilisées pour l’emballage.
3. Le Tourne-a-vis de Phillips est aussi besoin pour l’assemblage (non fourni)
