Within the risk grouping system of this IEC standard, the device specified in this data sheet falls into the class moderate risk (exposure time 0.25 s). Continuous reverse operation can cause migration and damage of the device. 3) Forward Voltage: The Forward voltage is measured during a current pulse duration of typically 1 ms with a tolerance of ± 0.05V .
