Waldorf Salad Smoothie
DIRECTIONS
• COMBINE all ingredients in order listed in Oster
®
Versa
®
Performance Blender.
• SELECT programmed SMOOTHIE setting (or, BLEND on MEDIUM for 10 seconds
then on HIGH for 20 seconds), using tamper to press ingredients into blade.
• SERVE immediately.
Makes 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
• 1-1/2 cups green grapes
• 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1 cup lightly packed spinach
• 1 cup lightly packed torn romaine leaves
• 1 large Golden Delicious apple, cored and
sliced
• 1/2 large celery rib, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1/4 chopped walnuts
• 2 tablespoons golden raisins

DIRECTIONS
• COMBINE almonds and water in Oster
®
Versa
®
Performance Blender.
• BLEND on HIGH for 1 minute.
• POUR mixture through a ne-mesh strainer lined with several layers of cheesecloth; let stand
until completely drained. Pick up edges of cheesecloth; squeeze gently to remove milk.
• If desired, RETURN strained milk to blender and add honey and salt;
PULSE 2-3 times to combine.
• TRANSFER to a covered container; refrigerate until cold. Use within 3 days.

• 3 cups water
• 1 tablespoon honey, optional
• Few pinches kosher salt, optional
TIPS
Use blanched almonds for a creamier color and taste; use natural almonds for a more robust
almond avor and heartier texture.
