IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following: READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS • READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS, PRODUCT LABELS AND WARNINGS BEFORE USING THE COUNTERTOP OVEN. • Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use oven mitts when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool thoroughly before putting in or taking off parts. Always use the oven handles when moving the unit.
• Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this unit when not in use. • Do not place any flammable materials in oven, such as paper, cardboard, plastic or any materials that may catch fire or melt. • Do not cover the oven rack or trays with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the appliance. • Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may create a fire or risk of electrical shock. • Do not clean with metal scouring pads.

Broil Rack Baking Pan Time Display Removable Crumb Tray – For crumb or fallen food particles collection. Pulls out for easy cleaning. Control Panel Tempered Glass Door – For front viewing of food. Easy Clean Interior Walls – Allows fast clean up.
Control Panel Function Buttons – Toast – Select to toast bread, bagels, etc. Bake – Select to Bake. Broil – Select to Broil. Pizza – Select to bake pizza. ( ) – Adjusts time or toast shade. ( ) – Adjusts temperature or toast shade. Timer/Temp – Use this button to change between time and temperature when Bake, Broil or Pizza have been selected. Clock – Allows you to set the Oven Clock (see “Setting the Clock” section). Stop/Cancel – Stops heating or cancels function. Start – Starts baking/cooking process.
Using Your Toaster Oven Setting the Clock Push the Clock button once to set the time. The clock will flash. Use the arrow keys to set the hour. Push the Clock button again. Use the arrow keys to set the minutes. Push the Clock button once more and the time will be set. To Use the Toast Function Place oven rack into the desired position before heating the oven. (See “Positioning Rack” Section) NOTE: Different types of bread require different settings. Lighter breads and waffles require a lighter setting.
To Use the Broil Function Place oven rack into the desired position before heating the oven. (See “Positioning Rack” Section) Place broil rack inside the baking pan. Arrange food on broil rack. Place the pan on top of the wire rack inside oven. Close the door to the first notch, leaving a 3-inch open gap at the top. This will ensure adequate airflow during broiling. Push the Broil button once. Use the temperature arrow keys to select desired temperature. Push Timer/Temp button.
Positioning Pan Place the baking pan on top of the wire rack as indicated in the figure bellow. For Baking For Grilling or Broiling Cleaning Your Small Digital Oven Before cleaning your Oster® Small Digital Oven, unplug it and allow it to cool. To clean, wipe with damp cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER! Make sure to use only mild, soapy water. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes and chemical cleaners will damage the coating on this unit. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.
Helpful Tips / Troubleshooting PROBLEM • Overcooked / undercooked foods. POTENTIAL CAUSE • Incorrect temperature or time setting. SOLUTION • You may have to adjust the time and temperature to the desired taste. • Because your oven is smaller than your regular oven, it will heat up faster and generally cook in shorter periods of time. • Rack placement. • Refer to “Positioning Rack” Section. Rack may need to be adjusted to accommodate food type. • Burnt smell.

Utilizando su Horno Tostador Ajustando el Reloj Oprima el botón del reloj “Clock”una vez para fijar la hora. El reloj se pondrá intermitente. Use los botones de las flechas para seleccionar la hora. Oprima de nuevo el botón del reloj “Clock”. Use los botones de las flechas para seleccionar los minutos. Oprima una vez más el botón del reloj y la hora quedará fijada. Uso de la Función para Tostar Coloque la rejilla en la posición deseada antes de calentar el horno.
Uso de la Función para Asar Coloque la rejilla en la posición deseada antes de calentar el horno. (Consulte la sección “Colocando la rejilla”) Coloque la rejilla para Asar dentro de la bandeja para Hornear. Coloque los alimentos en el rejilla para asar a la parrilla. Coloque la bandeja sobre la rejilla adentro del horno. Cierre la puerta hasta la primera muesca, dejando aproximadamente un espacio de 3 pulgadas en la parte superior. Esto garantizará que haya una corriente de aire adecuada durante el asado.
