shippingcostsforsendingOttLitethewarrantiedproductsmustbecoveredbythecustomer.TheassignedRMA
numbermustbeclearlyprintedonthepackage.Wehighlysuggestthatallpackagessentto usforwarrantyrepair
areinsuredandhaveatrackingnumber.
