27. Complete both Post and Rail
sections and lay out on a level surface.
Attach the Porch Post Top Connector
with 2 - 2” screws per post. Drill pilot
holes to prevent splitting.

28. Carefully lift and
position completed Porch
Rail Section on
plywood floor near front
edge.
29. Place Side Porch Rail Section between Wide Trim on Playhouse and
Porch Post. Align rail 3 1/2” from bottom and secure to wall and post with
4 - 2 1/2” screws. Complete both sides. Angle screw Porch Rail Section to
Plywood Floor with 2- 2 1/2” screws per post. Screw from inside face to
conceal screws. Drill 1/8” pilot holes to prevent posts from splitting.
