For an installation for a door opening from left to right (see illustration B), use the same instructions, but switch around the panels: mirror effect. SHOWER DOOR INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA PORTE DE DOUCHE INSTALACION DE LA PUERTA DE DUCHA 1 1.1-1.2. Disassemble the hinges (B). Be careful not to lose any piece. Install the hinges (B) onto the door panel (C). 1.3. Place the 2 wood blocks below where the bottom of the door panel (C) would sit. 1.4-1.5. Position the door panel (C) as illustrated. Level the door panel (C) and mark the holes positions of the door hinges (B). 1.1-1.2. Démonter les charnières (B).

Remove the door panel (C) and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit. 2.2. Replace and secure the door panel (C) with screws (BB). Do not overtighten. Note: IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE HINGES BE SUPPORTED BY STUDS OR WALL BACKING. REFER TO A PROFESSIONAL FOR ADVICE SPECIFIC TO YOUR SITUATION. 2.1.
WALL TRACK INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA GLISSIÈRE INSTALACIÓN DEL RIEL DE PARED 3 3.1.Insert the Gasket Stopper (J) into the bottom of the wall track (I). 3.2-3.3. Position the wall track (I) as illustrated. Level the track (I) and mark the track holes positions. 3.4. Remove the track and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit. 3.5.
SIDE PANEL INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU LATÉRAL INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL LATERAL 4 4.1-4.2. Cut the side panels bottom seal strip (M). Install the seal strip (M) at the bottom of the side panel (L). 4.3-4.4. Insert the door bottom seal strip (E) into the door panel (C). This seal strip should extend slightly over the edges of the door, use exact measures from below. 4.1-4.2. Coupez la bande d’étanchéité inférieures du panneau latéral (M).
SIDE PANEL INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU LATÉRAL INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL LATERAL 5 5.1. Insert the side panel (L) into the wall track (I). 5.2-5.3.Insert the wall track gasket (K) between the wall track (I) and the side panel (L) from the top towards the bottom. At this step, do not insert the full lenght, only enough to hold the panel in place. You will insert it completely once you have finalized the placement of your glass panels.
INLINE PANEL INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU INLINE INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL INLINE 6 6.1-6.3 Cut the inline panel bottom seal strip (T) It should be cut so that is it roughly half an inch away from the glass edges and bottom support clamps. Refer to the below drawing for exact measurements. Insert the inline panel bottom seal strip (T) on the base of the inline panel (S). 6.4-6.6. Place the inline panel (S) and side panel (L) together and fix them in place with the corner fixer (U).
INLINE PANEL INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU INLINE INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL INLINE 7 7.1-7.2. Insert the magnetic seal strips (F & O) onto the door panel (C) and the inline panel (S). Adjust the door panel (C) and the inline panel (S) to yield a tight door seal. 7.3. You can pull the glass panel (L) out of it’s wall track (I) up to 1-3/16in (30mm) to help you achieve an ideal seal. 7.1-7.2. CLAMP INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES PINCES INSTALACION DE LA ABRAZADERA 8 8.1. Disassemble the clamps (N). 8.2. Place the clamps (N) into the inline panel (S) and side panel (L), mark the hole’s place. Remove the clamp and make a hole in the base using ø1/8”(3mm) drill bit. 8.3. Secure the clamps (N) using the provided screws (DD). 8.4. Completely install the clamps (N). 8.5. Secure the corner fixer (U) by tightening the provided bolts. 8.1 Démontez les pinces (N). 8.2.
HANDLE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA POIGNÉE INSTALACIÓN DE LA MANIJA 9 9.1. Insert door panel vertical seal strip (A) into the door panel (C). Cut the surplus part for the hinges. 9.2. Completely insert the wall track gasket (K) between the wall track (I) and the side panel (L), starting from the top towards the bottom. You may use a thin tool such as a wodden shim to help push it it. Avoid using anything that would scratch you glass panel. 9.3. Install the handle (D). 9.1.
10 SEALING SCELLAGE SELLADO Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly. Ensure that there is a firm connection between the fixed panel(s) and the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components. Allow 24 hours for silicone to dry. Improper application of silicone sealant may cause your shower to leak.
SUPPORT ARM INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU BRAS DE SUPPORT INSTALACIÓN DE LA BARRA DE APOYO 11 11.1. Mount the anchor (P) and the support arm brackets (R) onto the support bar (Q). 11.2. Fix the anchor (P) to the support bar (Q) with the bolts (GG). 11.3. Adequately position the support arm in place, atop the panel (L). Do not forget the plastic gaskets keeping the glass panels separated from the metal brackets. 11.4. Mark the holes of the support arm’s anchor (P) on the wall. 11.1.
SUPPORT ARM INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU BRAS DE SUPPORT INSTALACIÓN DE LA BARRA DE APOYO 12 12.1. Completely remove the support arm (Q). 12.2-12.3. Drill a hole on the center marks with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit . If there are no studs located behind the support arm anchor (P), then insert the wall anchors (AA) using a rubber mallet until the wall anchors are flush with the wall. 12.4. Reinstall the support arms (Q) onto the panels. 12.1. Complètement retirer le bras de support (Q). 12.2-12.3.
SUPPORT ARM INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU BRAS DE SUPPORT INSTALACIÓN DE LA BARRA DE APOYO 13 13.1. The anchor (P) allows you to adjust the angle between the anchor (P) and the support arm (Q). Loose or tighten the bolt of the anchor (P) to make the anchors (P) attach to the wall correctly. 13.2. Fix the anchor (P) to the wall using screws (HH). 13.3-13.4.Tightly fix the support arm (Q) in place using the hex screw system of the anchors (P) and the brackets (R). 13.1.
SUPPORT ARM INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU BRAS DE SUPPORT INSTALACIÓN DE LA BARRA DE APOYO 14 14.1. Loose the outer side screw (HH) enough to allow for some movement. 14.2. Loose or tighten the bolt of the anchor (P) to adjust the angle of the panel. 14.3-14.5. When the fixed panel is adjusted correctly, retighten the screw (HH) to the wall. 14.1. MAINTENANCE AND CARE ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE MANTENIMIENTO Y CUIDADO For the daily maintenance, use a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner on all glass and acrylic surfaces. Doing so will prevent soap or hard water buildups that can etch the glass or acrylic surface over time if left to dry. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces.
LIMITED Product Warranty The DISTRIBUTOR is a distributor of the following Products: • Shower Doors (warranty period 5 years). • Acrylic Surfaces (warranty period 5 years against blistering, cracking or chipping in the acrylic surface). • Acrylic Shell Structure (warranty period 5 years against loss of water through fiberglass laminate of the acrylic body).
