USING YOUR stand mixer
TO MIX OR KNEED THE DOUGH:
Suggested flour and water at a ratio of 5/3
From speed 1 for mix, 10 s and speed 2 for mix 10 second, afterward,
speed 3 for about 3 minutes
When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum
quality is not exceeded.
The maximum quantity of flour is 1500g.
The dough beater or mixer beater should be used.
Install the blender as described above.
Add ingredients to blend
Connect the unit and turn the gear selector to the desired speed.

candy, desserts, etc.
For beating eggs, cooked icings. Whipping
potatoes, whipping cream, etc.
