6 The most common problems and their solutions
If any problem occurs while using the mobile phone, please refer to the
following list of problems and solutions.

When you use your phone

buildings or base rooms,
the radio wave cannot be
transmitted effectively.
Avoid this as far as you
can.
When using a mobile
phone during traffic hours
the overloaded network

impact on the quality of the
connection.
Avoid this as far as you

Avoid using the mobile
phone during high-traffic
hours.
You may ask the network
service provider about
the service coverage
map.
Echoes or
noises
The trunk line of network is
in bad condition. It is a
regional problem.
Hang off the call and dial
again. Choose another
better line.
In some areas, the call
lines are in bad condition.
Shorter standby
time
The standby time is related
to network settings.
When you are in poor
reception areas, turn off
your phone temporarily.
The battery is old or used
Replace it with a new
one.
Standby time is related with
network system settings. If
you stay in poor reception
area, the mobile phone will
continue to launch in order
to find the base station
(when it can't receive
signal). It consumes a lot of
battery power and
therefore the standby time
is shorter.
Use your phone at strong
signal areas or turn it off
temporarily.
