WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing our products. OVIOS is proud of the
quality of our furniture and is happy to provide a warranty to the
original purchaser of our product.
What is Covered:
We guarantee the Frame, Wicker/Rattan, Cushion and Fabric to be free of
manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for one year. Defects in material
and workmanship and is valid for the original purchaser only, with the original sales
receipt/record including purchase date, and is not transferable.
What is Not Covered:
This Warranty does not apply to any damage caused to the product as a result of
commercial use, man-made damage, unsuitable using or acts of natural disasters.
In addition, free parts are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claim Process:
To make warranty claims or for problems and comments, please contact our
customer service department.A photocopy of dated proof of purchase, photograph
of damaged product, manufacturer item number, purchaser name, phone number,
address, and explanation of the problem should accompany any warranty request.
