The brush is noisy.
Remove the brush head and twist it firmly back into
place, assuring that the brush head is properly
seated using its 3 attachment pins. If the problem
persists, contact the customer care department at

The brush head won’t come off.
Grip the brush head firmly, push and twist it counter-
clockwise. Then pull the head away from the handle.
