Q: What is the material of the glass? Is the image of the mirror clear

A: Our mirrors are made of high-quality first-grade silver glass to guarantee a high-definition
reflection with real and clear imaging. Remove the protective film of the glass after
installing the mirror, and you will get the beautiful imaging from the wall mirror.
Q: What should I do if I receive a broken, defective, or wrong mirror, or a mirror that I don't like?
A: Please contact our customer service. It will be very helpful to attach some pictures of the
mirror that help describe any problems. There is no need to send the product back to us.
We want you to spare your efforts and time in mailing the mirror back. We would send you
a replacement FREE of charge after we verify the problems.
Q: Can I install the mirror by myself?
A: Yes, it is easy to install if you have the right tools. The mirror can be installed both
horizontally and vertically. But when installing a large size mirror, it would be better if
someone could lend you a hand.
