Tip:

The curved edge on the bottom of the Palm III organizer

should align smoothly with the cradle when it is inserted

properly.

5. Press the button on the front of the Palm III organizer cradle to

open the New User dialog.

6. Enter a user name for your Palm III organizer and click the OK

button to open the HotSync Progress dialog and start the

synchronization process.

Important:

Every 3Com connected organizer should have a unique

name. Never try to synchronize more than one 3Com

connected organizer to the same user name.
