send and receive text messages, you need
a service contract with your network
operator. If you also want to browse the
web and send and receive email, you need
not only a service contract but also
high-speed data service from your network
operator. You may also need high-speed
data service to send and receive
multimedia messages. Data speeds vary
based on network availability and capacity.
