Receiving calls
To answer a call do one of the following:
■ Open the lid if it is closed.
■ Tap Answer if the lid is open.
■ Press the button on the headset (if it is attached).
To ignore a call and send it to voicemail do one of the following:
■ Press the top scroll button.
■ Tap Ignore if the lid is open.
■ Close the lid if it is open.
To silence the ringer, do one of the following:
■ Press any button on your communicator.
■ Slide the ringer switch to the silent position .
Note: When you silence the ringer you can either answer the call or let it ring
through to voicemail. Placing the ringer switch in the silent position turns off
all system sounds, including alarms. See page 26 for more information about
ringer settings.
