My Treo will not connect to the Internet using Blazer or my e-mail application
1. Check with your wireless service provider to make sure you have subscribed to and
activated data services on your account.
2. Make sure you installed the software from the Handspring CD onto your computer.
■ If you have not installed this software, follow the steps on page 30 to install it now.
■ If you already installed this software, use the Configure Your Treo software on your
computer to configure your Treo for wireless data communications.
3. Make sure wireless mode is on. See page 3 for details.
4. Confirm that your Network, Connection, and E-mail Preferences are configured
correctly:
■ Press Option and then press Menu .
■ Tap the Prefs icon .
■ Tap the pick list in the upper-right corner and select Network.
■ Verify the Network settings.
■ Tap the pick list in the upper-right corner and select Connection.
■ Make sure Wireless Modem is selected.
5. Launch Blazer or your E-mail application and verify the settings.
