WORk SuRFACE:
Tops are constructed of 1

/4" thick 3-ply particleboard core.
Top surface is laminated with a .050" thick high pressure
plastic laminate sheet and bottom surface laminated with
a backing sheet not less than .020" thick for balanced
construction. Surrounding edges will be banded with a

/2"
thick x 1

/2" solid hardwood external edge. All edges are
eased.
TABLE TOP SuPPORTS:
All tables 60" and longer will be fitted with a v-shaped, 14
gauge steel keel. All tables 48" wide and 60" long and longer
will be fitted with two parallel steel keels.
LEG ASSEMBLY:
Legs are 2

/8" glued up solid stock. The two inside
edges are tapered down to 1

/2". The leg is attached
to a 5" x 5" x

/4" thick steel plate by means of two threaded
machine bolts fastened to a barrel nut embedded in the leg.
Two steel decorative angle bars are attached to the upper
outside corners of the leg spaced 5" apart. Plate and leg
assembly shall be mounted to the underside of the table top
by means of threaded inserts embedded in the underside of
the top. Inserts are capable of receiving machine bolts.
WORk SuRFACE hEIGhT:
Table heights of 25” (children), 27” (youth), and 32”
(wheelchair) are available by request.
