TIME BUTTON
If you do not want to start the appliance straight away you can use this button to set a different start time.
1. Firstly set the current time and the programme you want to use, and then press TIME once. The time that appears on the screen
will be the current time + the total operational time for the programme chosen + 10 minutes. The “SET READY TIME” message will
then appear on the screen.
2. Press TIME repeatedly to fix the time you want the programme to end. The time changes in 10 minute intervals. It will be quicker
if you keep the TIME button pressed.
3. Press the START / STOP button to activate the operation and the LCD screen will show the time when the appliance will stop
working and the “SET READY TIME” will appear on the screen.
4. You can see the current time by pressing the TIME button again.
5. If you want to cancel the setting, press the START / STOP button for 3 seconds. A buzzing sound will be heard. The programme
set will be cancelled.
Example: the current time is 08:00, the duration of the programme is 3 hours and you want to eat at 2 pm.
1. Press the TIME button and 11:10 appears.
2. Press the TIME button again and set the time to PM 2:00, this means that the appliance will start at 11:00 AM.
3. Press the START / STOP button to start the appliance. “PM 2:00” will appear in the display screen, the number on the screen will
remain fixed and at the same time “SET READY TIME” will appear on the screen.
4. When the current time reaches 11:00 the appliance will begin to work. The screen will start to count the programme time and the
indicator will light up.
5. If the programme has been set at AM 7:00, and you want to eat at PM 4:00, PM 04:00 SAME DAY will appear in the screen.
6. If the programme has been set at PM 9:00, and you want to eat at AM 7:00, AM 7:00 NEXT DAY will appear in the screen.
PAUSE BUTTON
Once the process has started, you can press the PAUSE button for 1.5 seconds at any time to interrupt the operation of the appliance
(except in the Keeping Warm phase). The operation will stop but the settings will be memorised and the remaining time will flash on the
LCD screen. Pressing the PAUSE button again for 1.5 seconds will restart the programme.
Note: When using a different start time do not use ingredients that perish quickly such as eggs, fresh milk, fruit, onions etc.
KEEP WARM FACILITY
The multicooker can keep food warm automatically for 60 minutes after cooking. If you want to remove the food, switch off the programme
by using the START / STOP button.
MEMORY
If the power supply has been interrupted for less than 10 minutes, while the programme is functioning, it will continue automatically. Do
not press the START / STOP button. If the power supply fails for more than 10 minutes the memory will be lost and the multicooker will
have to be reset.
ENVIRONMENT
We would recommend that the ambient room temperature remains between 15ºC and 34ºC.
VISUAL DISPLAY SCREEN WARNING SIGNALS
1. If “H:HHappears on the visual display screen after the programme has started the interior temperature is too high. The programme
must be stopped. Open the lid and leave the machine to cool for between 10 and 20 minutes.
2. If E:E0or “E:E1” appears on the visual display screen after pressing the START / STOP button, the temperature sensor has
become disconnected. An authorised service technical agent must examine the sensor.
USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Check that all the parts and accessories are complete and have not been damaged.
2. Clean all the parts in the way described in the final section, “Cleaning and Maintenance.
3. Before using the appliance for the first time, grease the baking pan with oil, butter or margarine and let it cook for approximately
10 minutes with the pan empty. (Select the Horneado (Bake) programme).
4. Clean the baking pan again.
5. Place the kneading blades on the motor axles in the baking pan.
In manufacture it is necessary to grease some of the parts. This may result in the unit emitting some smoke when first used. This is
normal.
