LIMITEDWARRANTY
PamexInc.warrantsitsproductsagainstdefectsin
workmanship,materials,oroperationsubjectto
ordinarywearandtearasitpertainstoparticular
installations.PamexInc.doesnotwarrantagainst
defectsduetoimproperinstallationormaintenance,
andwillnotacceptresponsibilityorliabilityshould
ourproductsbeusedininstancesforwhichthey
werenotdesigned.

Allreturnedproductsmustmeetthefollowing
criteriatoreceivecredit:returnshippingcharges
prepaidtoPamexInc.withinoneyearafterour
deliverythereoftotheoriginalpurchaserincludinga
priorwrittenauthorization.

Shouldreturneditemsbedetermineddefective,
PamexInc.reservestherighttoeitherrepairor
replacetheproductinquestion.

PamexInc.isnotliableforincidentalor
consequentialdamages.Thiswarrantygivesyou
specificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveother
rightsthatvaryfromstatetostate.

PamexInc.reservestherighttomakechangesin
designsandspecificationsortomakeadditionsor
improvementsonitsproductswithoutnoticeand
withoutincurringanyobligationtoincorporatethem
onproductspreviouslymanufactured.

LIFETIMEMECHANICALWARRANTY
PamexInc.extendsafulllifetimemechanical
warrantytotheoriginaluserofPamexproducts
againstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipaslong
astheoriginalhomeowneroccupiestheresidential
premisesuponwhichtheproductwasoriginally
installed.

ThiswarrantyDOESNOTINCLUDE:abusedor
misusedproducts,orproductsusedincommercial
applications.
5‐YEARFINISHWARRANTY
PamexInc.extendsafull5‐yearwarrantytothe
originaluserofPamexInc.againsttarnishingaslong
astheoriginalhomeowneroccupiestheresidential
premisesuponwhichtheproductwasoriginally
installed.

ThiswarrantyDOESNOTINCLUDE:abusedor
misusedproducts,orproductsusedincommercial
applications.Uponreturnofadefectiveproductto
PamexLock,wereservetherighttoreplaceorrepair
it.

Afinishdeteriorationoccurringfromtheuseof
paints,solventsorotherchemicalsisnotadefectin
thefinishandisnotcoveredbythiswarranty.



Pamexwarrantsitsbathaccessoriesanddoor
hardwareproductsagainstdefectsinmanufacture
foroneyearfromthedateofpurchase.

PRODUCTRETURNPOLICY
Allreturnedproductsmustmeetthefollowing
criteriatoreceivecredit:returnshippingcharges
prepaidtoPamexInc.fromHomeDeveloperof
Recordwithinoneyearafterescrowcloseout
written(RMA)authorization.

