8.2.1 IC Notice
The following IC notice has to be printed in English and French in the OEM end product
user information:
English
The device PAN9028 and versions, including the integrated antenna
mentioned in  8.1.5 Approved Antenna List, comply with Canada RSS-GEN
Rules. The device meets the requirements for modular transmitter approval as
detailed in RSS-Gen.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.

Le présent appareil PAN9028, les antennes y compris  8.1.5 Approved
Antenna List est conforme aux CNR-Gen d'Industrie Canada applicables aux
appareils radio exempts de licence.
L'exploitation est autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes:
1. L'appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage, et
2. L'utilisateur de l'appareil doit accepter tout brouillage radioélectrique subi, même si le
brouillage est susceptible d'en compromettre le fonctionnement.
