19 PACKAGING
If the product has mass production status, indicated in chapter 25, we will deliver the module in
the package
which are described below.
19.1 TAPE DIMENSION
19.2 PACKING IN TAPE
Empty spaces in component packed area shall be less than two per reel and those spaces
shall not be consecutive.
Top cover tape shall not be found on reel holes and shall not stick out from reel.
