se building or apartment. Note that you may experience
interru
ption of calls even if the three antennas respond to a strong
radio wave
, and you remain without moving to use the FOMA

inal uses radio waves as the medium of
telecommunication, calls may
be tapped by a third party.
Howeve
r, the W

CDMA system automatically supports tapping

ntion, so your conversation will be incomprehensible to the
third
party, because it is recognized as mere noise.
⿠The FOMA term
inals change your voice into digital signals and send
them to the other part
y. In places where the radio waves are weak,
the digital signals may
not be converted correctly, and in such a
case, the vo
ice may sound different from the actual one.
