Introduction
General precautions for FOMA
terminal, batteries, adapters, desktop
holder,
and docomo mini UIM card
Danger
Do not use, store, or leave the
FOMA terminal or its accessories in
places with a high temperature (such
as near fire, near heating appliances,
inside a
kotatsu or near other
furniture with heating elements, in
places exposed
to direct sunlight, or
in cars heated by the sun).
Fire, burns, or injury may result.
Do not
place the FOMA terminal
or
its accessories inside cooking
appliances such as microwave
ovens or high
-
pressure containers.

attempt to disassemble or
remodel the FOMA terminal or its

gas station or

places where flammable
gases are generated, be absolutely
sure to turn off the FOMA terminal
and stop charging if it is being
charged.
Other
wise, the flammable gases
may ignite.
Use the Osaifu
-
Keitai with the
FOMA terminal turned off when you
are near a gas station. (When IC
Card Lock is set, release the lock,
and
then turn off the power.)
If
odor, overheat, discoloration,
or deformation is detected during
use, battery charge, or storage,
immediately follow the instructions
below:
Pull
the power plug out of the
outlet or cigarette lighter socket.
Turn off
the power of the FOMA
terminal.
Remove
the battery pack from
the FOMA
terminal.
