The video format is changed on this screen.
The formats of the images which can be output differ
between “HDMI” and “SDI”.
For details on how to change the format, refer to
“Changing the format” (page 47).
The video signal of the SDI output may stop
temporarily when the HDMI cable is disconnected and
connected or the connected monitor is replaced, for
example.
Note
Simultaneous output according to video
format
[When the Priority Mode is set to a setting other
than “HDMI(4K)”]
Signals of the same video format are output from the
HDMI and SDI OUT connectors. (The setting values
in the menu will also change to match the format
configured later.)
When “HDMI” is set to “Auto”, the unit automatically
determines the output video resolution based on
information from the connected device. This will result
in the “SDI” setting changing to match the video
format of “HDMI”.
[When the Priority Mode is set to “HDMI(4K)”]
When “HDMI” is set to “2160/29.97p” or “2160/25p”,
you can change the “SDI” setting.
When the Priority Mode is set to “HDMI(4K)”,
the image sensor operates in “29.97p” or “25p”
mode. Therefore, even when the “HDMI” or “SDI”
video format is set to “59.94p” or “50p”, an image
generated from “29.97p” or “25p” is output.

For details on how to change the frequency, see
“Changing the frequency” (page 47).
If you change the frequency, the unit will restart
automatically. Operation will not be possible while
the unit is restarting.
Some peripheral devices may not recognize that the
unit has restarted. If you change the frequency, be
sure to restart all peripheral devices.
