∫ Notes on Burst Mode settings
¢1 When the Focus Mode is set to [AFS] or [MF]
¢2 When the Focus Mode is set to [AFF] or [AFC]
¢3 Number of recordable pictures
¢4 When recording is performed under the test conditions specified by Panasonic.
Depending on recording conditions, the number of burst pictures that can be taken will be
reduced.
¢5 Recording stops when the indicated number of burst pictures are taken.
¢6 The burst speed will become slower halfway. However, pictures can be taken until the
capacity of the card becomes full.
• The burst speed may become slower depending on the following settings.
– [Picture Size]/[Quality]/[Sensitivity]/Focus Mode/[Focus/Release Priority]
Notes on super high-speed burst recording ([SH2]/[SH1]/[SH2 PRE]/[SH1 PRE])
• Shutter speeds slower than 1/60 seconds are not available.
• The aperture will be fixed during burst recording.
• Pictures taken will be recorded as a single burst picture group.
Notes on Pre-Burst ([SH2 PRE]/[SH1 PRE])
• Pictures taken before the shutter button is pressed fully are not saved in the following cases:
– When recording with the Touch Shutter
– When [Half Press Release] in the [Custom] ([Focus / Release Shutter]) menu is set to [ON]
• To protect the camera, even if you press the shutter button halfway, Pre-Burst may not
operate when the camera's temperature has risen due to, for example, high ambient
temperature or continuous Pre-Burst recording. Wait until the camera cools down.
• Even if you press the shutter button halfway, Pre-Burst may not operate when there is
insufficient free space on the card.
