Adjusts the exposure level that is the standard correct exposure for each setting item of
[Metering Mode].
Adds the adjustment value from this function to the exposure compensation value when
recording.
Settings: [Multi Metering]/[Center Weighted]/[Spot]/[Highlight Weighted]
• Can be set in the range between j1 EV and i1EV.
• For motion picture recording, [6K/4K PHOTO], and [Post Focus], it is not possible to add an
adjustment value of a range that exceeds n3EV.
After taking a picture, the recorded image is displayed for approx. 0.5 seconds.
• The AE Lock can be used in the Manual Exposure Mode when the ISO sensitivity is set to
[AUTO].
[Exposure Offset Adjust.] has been added to the [Custom] menu
> [Custom] > [Exposure] > [Exposure Offset Adjust.]
[0.5SEC] has been added to [Duration Time (photo)] in [Auto Review] in the
[Custom] menu
> [Custom] > [Monitor / Display] > [Auto Review] > [Duration
Time (photo)] > [0.5SEC]
The AE Lock is now available in the Manual Exposure Mode

[MODE1] has been added to [Live View Boost] in the [Custom] menu

[MODE1] Setting for low brightness, with priority given to a soft display.
[MODE2]
Setting for high brightness, with priority given to image visibility.
