Available Frame Rate Setting Ranges
The frame rate you can set differs depending on the [Rec. File Format] and
[Rec Quality] settings.
¢1 When set to a 23.98p or 24.00p [Rec Quality], a frame rate exceeding 48 fps
cannot be set.
¢2 When [Image Area of Video] is set to [PIXEL/PIXEL], it is not possible to set to a
frame rate exceeding 60 fps.

[MOV]
Anamorphic (4:3) video 2 fps to 50 fps

0 When the [Rec. File Format] has been set to [MOV], you can filter to show just
the recording qualities where [Variable Frame Rate] can be used. (l 264)
0 We recommend using a tripod when recording images with [Variable Frame
Rate].
0 Focus mode switches to MF.
0 Audio will not be recorded during variable frame rate recording.
0 When set to a frame rate exceeding 60 fps, there may be some deterioration
in recording quality.
0 When the following functions are being used, [Variable Frame Rate] is not
available:
